Commercial Aviation Services - Airborne Science Support IDIQ, Snow4Flow EVS-4 Mission
NASA Ames Research Center is soliciting offers for a single-award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide, modify, and operate a ski-equipped survey aircraft in a science configuration, including flight crew, maintenance, insurance, and integration of the Snow4Flow instrument suite. The maximum ordering value is $9,000,000 over a four-year ordering period (plus a six-month option), with a guaranteed minimum of $75,000. Services will be performed at contractor facilities and deployed operating locations anticipated in Alaska, Canada, Svalbard, and Greenland, with no work at NASA installations. The Arctic geophysical survey campaigns are planned for the 2027 through 2029 timeframe. Award will be made on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, with no set-aside.
