NASA/ARC requires software development services to upgrade autonomous swarm situational awareness and control software for four CubeSats in the Starling mission. The period of performance is from the award date through January 20, 2027. NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole-source contract to EraDrive, Inc., as they are identified as the only responsible source with the proprietary software and knowledge required. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities for evaluation to determine if a competitive acquisition is warranted.
