NASA Ames Research Center is seeking offers for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with firm-fixed-price calls for Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IM&TE) calibration and repair services. Offerors must submit technical capabilities, up to three past performances, hourly repair and metrology rates, and proof of required accreditations such as ISO 9001 and ANSI/NCSL Z540 standards. Evaluation will prioritize technical capability and past performance over price. Services will be performed at NASA Ames Research Center, with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of order on a FOB destination basis. The contract includes Service Contract Labor Standards compliance and various FAR and NASA clauses.

NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) is the performance location for this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) calls, covering calibration and repair of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IM&TE) services. Delivery to NASA ARC is required within 30 days after receipt of order, on a FOB Destination basis. Offerors must submit technical capabilities (max 5 pages), up to three relevant past performances, hourly rates for repair and metrology, and proof of required accreditations. Evaluation factors are technical, past performance, and price/service rates, with technical and past performance combined significantly more important than price. The contract includes Service Contract Act compliance and other standard commercial terms and conditions.
