This is a firm-fixed-price opportunity for engineering and construction support to replace existing domestic water piping and restore domestic water infrastructure reliability. Work includes trenching and replacement of surface elements at Moffett Field and select building segments within the Ames Research Center (ARC). The contractor will serve as Engineer of Record and designer, requiring extensive knowledge of the existing ARC and Moffett Field domestic water infrastructure, including system configuration, prior modifications, and operational constraints. This continuity is intended to preserve design intent and reduce risks of errors, delays, and rework during construction.
