NASA Ames Research Center awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to EraDrive, Inc., of Palo Alto, California, on September 22, 2026. The contract covers two flight-qualified EraDrive Autonomy Modules, an optical hardware-in-the-loop stimulator, an EGSE kit with integration/test/verification/validation tooling, associated nonrecurring engineering, and engineering support services for GPS-independent PNT, autonomous onboard maneuver planning, and autonomous optical detection, identification, and orbit determination of resident space objects.
