NASA / Ames Research Center (ARC) has a requirement for a one in a half month extension to the CLIN 0002 Period of Performance for the Pathfinder Technology Demonstrator (PTD) Mission Operations Follow-on Contract 80ARC025CA003. NASA / ARC intends to issue a sole source contract modification to acquire the services from Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems, Inc. (Tyvak) under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for the acquisition of supplies or services determined to be reasonably available from only one source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Contracting Officer, Tiffany Goodwin via email at tiffany.n.goodwin@nasa.gov not later than 1:00 p.m. PST on May 28, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
