NASA/ARC has a requirement for Logistics Management Services (LMS), The Logistics Office supports NASA’s mission by providing institutional services for ARC, which includes contractor and government staff, other federal and non-federal tenants, other Centers and NASA Headquarters. These services include supply management; equipment management support; property disposal support; janitorial services; refuse and recyclable materials collection, removal, and disposal; shipping, receiving, mail service center, warehousing and re-distribution; fleet management services; reproduction services; and graphics services. NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Lockwood Hills Federal, LLC and intends to extend contract number 80ARC017C0001 on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, an extension to Contract Number 80ARC017C0001 for up to 12 months is necessary to continue these mission-critical services without interruption. The period of performance will be extended from January 14, 2023 to January 13, 2024 to allow sufficient time for determining requirements as deemed appropriate to meet an agency wide solution. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to (Shevah Rezaee at shevah.d.rezaee@nasa.gov not later than Noon Pacific on October 27, 2022. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
