PC-12 Hangar Support
NASA/AFRC requires contractor-provided hangar facilities, utilities, and support services for PC-12 aircraft ground and flight operations during the QUARC laser communications campaign. The scope includes hangar access, servicing utilities, secure office and storage space, internet connectivity, fuel support for ground equipment, and personnel access coordination. Performance will take place at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (KCLE) in Cleveland, Ohio, and the hangar must be located there to enable line-of-sight linkage to NASA Glenn Research Center ground stations. The government intends to issue a sole source contract to JetsFBO but is accepting capability statements from interested organizations to determine whether a competitive acquisition is feasible.
