This is an open, ongoing solicitation for flight services to host NASA technology payloads and researchers on commercial suborbital or orbital flights. The government may award additional contracts and accept new proposals from providers at any time during the life of the awarded contracts. The principal purpose is to secure space on commercial flights for technology payloads and integration services to advance their readiness through relevant flight environments. Services may also include space for government researchers to fly aboard platforms capable of supporting human flight. The flights and services are for use by NASA and other Government Agencies.
