NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (NASA/AFRC) has a requirement for the following brand-name items to be delivered within 10 business days after award: Part # Qty Manufacturer Function XC6SLX45-2FGG484I 110 Xlinx FPGA AR8031-AL1B 110 Qualcomm Ethernet PHY AD8421ARMZ-R7 880 Analog Devices Instrumentation amplifier ADG1412YRUZ 110 Analog Devices Analog Switch TPD2E001DRLR 110 Texas Instruments ESD Suppressors NASA/(AFRC) intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the items from Karl’s Hardware Inc. Authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one responsible source has been identified with the capability to meet the required delivery schedule. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Jenny Staggs at jenny.y.staggs@nasa.gov and Jamill Hayes at jamill.m.hayes@nasa.gov not later than 12:00pm PST on August 24th, 2022. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
