Potential offerors shall carefully review attached documents. This notice is revised as stated below, and Amendment 0001 to the RFP has been added as an attachment. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and its attachments constitutes the only solicitation. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under Solicitation No. 80AFRC22R0007 for aerospace technology-related partnership development, marketing, outreach and facilitation of commercialization to support NASA’s technology partnership program. The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC 2022-06. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541990 and $17.0M, respectively. The Offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Questions or comments regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email by August 25, 2022 at 2:00pm PT to Angela Stinchfield, angela.t.stinchfield@nasa.gov and Nydia Neris, nydia.e.neris@nasa.gov. Offers are due by September 15, 2022 at 10:00am PT. Proposal submission shall be via NASA's Enterprise File Sharing and Sync Box (EFSS Box) and the instructions are contained within the solicitation.
