Potential Offerors shall carefully review attached documents. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80AFRC22R0003. The principal purpose of Facilities Operations and Maintenances Services (FOMS) is to provide the NASA AFRC Facilities Engineering and Logistics Management Branch with all facility operations, maintenance, repair, janitorial services, grounds-keeping services, and other directly related miscellaneous services for all infrastructure/facilities (buildings, utilities, structures, and related systems) and assets (equipment and utility infrastructure). This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside requirement. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
