Provide the CATSS III Preproposal Conference Slides 2. Provide the CATSS III Preproposal Conference Attendee List. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80AFRC22R0002. The principal purpose of Center Administrative and Technical Support Services III (CATSS III) contract is to provide technical and administrative services in support of directorates, programs, projects, and offices at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) and NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC). This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside requirement. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
