The NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) Employee Exchange Council (EEC) is requesting information from qualified and responsible firms for the provision of cafeteria or restaurant services at the NASA AFRC at Edwards, CA 93523. While the EEC is seeking a single supplier to manage and perform cafeteria services, we will consider alternatives that meet the needs of the NASA EEC. The cafeteria location shall be used by an offeror for the purpose of providing food and beverage services. Vending or micro-market only solutions will be not be considered for this requirement. Coffee and soft drink service furnished by the offeror shall be limited to the Cafeteria location only. The ideal set up will be a hot section grill, salad bar, sandwich station and grab and go items. The approximate population for these entities is: NASA AFRC: 1,011 EAFB: 9,149 No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. A site visit is scheduled for April 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at this site visit is recommended, however is not required to submit a capabilities statement for consideration. Interested parties must complete the AFRC 10735 attached to this notice and submit to the Contracting Officer on or before April 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Interested firms having the required capabilities necessary to meet the above requirement described herein should submit a capability statement of no more than 5 pages indicating the interest an ability to perform this effort. All responses shall be submitted electronically via email to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@nasa.gov no later than May 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. PST.
