This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 80AFRC21R0003 for the overhaul and services for the landing gear wheels and tires for the following aircraft: Boeing DC-8-72 Serial Number 46082, Gulfstream G-III Serial Number 389, Gulfstream G-III Serial Number 344, Boeing 747-SP Serial Number 21441, Gulfstream G-II Serial Number 244, Beechcraft King Air B-200 Serial Number 000997, Beechcraft King Air B-200 Serial Number 001164, Global Hawk, and ER-2/U-2 . This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in the Request for Proposal (RFP) are those in effect through FAC 2021-05 and can be found at: https://www.acquisitions.gov The NAICS Code and Size Standard is 326211 and 1500, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Questions regarding this acquisition shall be submitted in writing to Rosalia Toberman and Gail Anton via email at rosalia.toberman-1@nasa.gov, gail.t.anton@nasa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. PDT on June 3, 2021. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential offeror's will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). Offers for the items(s) or services described above are due no later than 12:00 p.m. PDT on June 11, 2021 to Rosalia Toberman and Gail Anton, via email at rosalia.toberman-1@nasa.gov, gail.t.anton@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. This RFP is not an order and shall not be construed as an authorization to proceed with any of the work called for in this solicitation. This RFP does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation or for proposed supplies or services. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
