Services received under this contract are critical to mission operations at AFRC and include: Supporting real time monitoring of flight research vehicles and other targets by providing state-of-the-art mission control rooms, telemetry, radar, video systems, Flight Termination Systems (FTS), multichannel ground intercom and radio frequency communications. Providing mission critical range engineering solutions to meet the rapidly increasing data processing and display requirements and to ensure a stable state-of-the-art mission support platform for flight research. Providing high-fidelity flight simulations and by developing flight simulations that can support various research phases ranging from conceptual studies through flight testing as well as providing research tools that enhance the quality, quantity, and feasibility of research objectives. Providing leadership and advice in the development of information resources strategies and ensuring that AFRC information and information technology systems and services are designed, managed, and utilized to support AFRC priorities.
