NASA is seeking information from commercial providers to help shape a future acquisition strategy for Artemis Commercial Lunar Transportation Solutions. This effort aims to establish and sustain a permanent, crewed U.S. lunar base by leveraging commercially provided space infrastructure. The agency is specifically interested in transportation concepts capable of supporting the sustained buildup, logistics resupply, and crew rotation for lunar base operations. This request is aligned with the Executive Order “Ensuring American Space Superiority” from December 2025.
