Udall Foundation – Education Program, to provide venue services ... This is a Synopsis/Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide non-personal hotel management services, for the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation – Education Program, to provide venue services (meeting space, hotel room accommodations, etc.) for the Udall Undergraduate Scholarship Orientation event/process for FY2022. Scholar orientation brings Scholars, facilitators, subject matter experts, Foundation staff, program alumni, and local professional together for 4 days of professional development and community building around the values of the Udall Foundation: civility, integrity, and consensus. The program dates are August 2-7, 2022. The Education Programs requires the services of a conference venue experienced with accommodating a group of approximately 100 people. The place of performance is the contractor’s site in Tucson, Arizona.
