This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide non-personal professional services, in close coordination with the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee (MRRIC), the Udall Foundation’s John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution (NCECR/National Center), other various lead agencies, a contracted facilitation team (Facilitation Team), and a contracted Third-Party Science Neutral (TPSN). The resulting contract will provide for one base period with 4 additional option periods available. The base period of performance for this effort is estimated to begin on 10 January 2022 through 09 January 2023, with a final option period of performance end date of 09 January 2027. The place of performance is the contractor’s facility with the possibility of travel to various meetings sites throughout the continental United States.
