The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has a requirement for project assessment/implementation expertise related to agricultural policy and institutional reform (PIR) and associated agricultural programming in MCC affiliated countries. The MCC will obtain the required services through a competitive procurement to provide professional consulting services for agricultural projects. The overall objective of this contract is to support the MCC Land and Agricultural Economy (LAE) Practice Group and members of relevant MCC country teams and implementation support teams in their efforts to (i) assess agricultural policy and institutional reform within proposed Compact projects and activities, as well as associated activities for achieving economic growth through agriculture;(ii) provide implementation oversight and assessment of implementer and project performance for projects with agriculture activities and components in on-going Compacts; and (iii) support the LAE Practice Group develop internal best practices and tools for improving agricultural policy and programming.
