The objective of this special notice is to facilitate an opportunity for industry to provide feedback on the draft Scope of Work (SOW) to improve the clarity of the requirements, and to solicit responses to questions prepared by MCC regarding this requirement (see below). Requirement Specific Has your firm rigorously assessed the creditworthiness of agribusinesses in Sub-Saharan Africa? Has your firm conducted rigorous, holistic analyses of financial industries in Sub-Saharan Africa, oriented toward identifying gaps in financial instrument provision, particularly oriented towards creating opportunities for small and medium enterprises in Africa? # of years? # of studies?
