The principal place of performance for this contract will be Washington DC. It is anticipated the the time & materials contract effort will include a period of performance of one (1) base year, with four (4), one (1) year option years. This will be a full and open, unrestricted acquisition permitting Interested vendors to submit a Quote. The Request for Quote is forthcoming.
