This is a pre-solicitation notice for MCC’s Sierra Leone Compact: Agriculture Productive Use of Energy Consultancy (PUE) requirement. The objective of this special notice is to facilitate an opportunity for industry to provide feedback on the draft Scope of Work (SOW) to improve the clarity of the requirements, and to solicit responses to questions prepared by MCC regarding this requirement (see below). Please review the attached SOW and the following MCC questions for industry. Provide all responses, comments, and clarification questions to both POCs listed below at your earliest convenience, no later than 2:00PM EST, June 8, 2022.
