Millennium Challenge Corporation Contracts and Grants Management (CGM) Division Acquisition News and On-demand Training Request for Information (RFI) US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is issuing this RFI to conduct market research to seek contractor(s) who can provide acquisition resources for federal acquisition professionals. This is to help MCC acquisition professionals stay informed of rules, regulations, and policies that impact the federal contracting process. The government is merely conducting market research; those who are interested should note that this is not a synopsis/solicitation. The government is not seeking a quote or proposal at this time, and the government will not conduct any evaluation of any quotes or proposals for award. Draft Statement of Work INTRODUCTION The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a U.S. Government corporation whose mission is to provide assistance that will support economic growth and poverty reduction in carefully selected countries that demonstrate a commitment to just and democratic governance, economic freedom, and investments in their citizenry. For more information on the MCC, please visit www.mcc.gov. Within MCC, the Contracts and Grants Management (CGM) Division awards and administers contracts and federal assistance awards. CGM is comprised of federal employees and personal services contractors who work as contract/assistance specialists and contracting/assistance officers using the FAR, 2 CFR 200, and other pertinent laws, regulations, and policies. SCOPE MCC seeks the services of a contractor to provide a regular, comprehensive, easy-to-comprehend acquisition resource. We are primarily interested in resources related to federal acquisition, but it would be an added bonus for MCC to have access to 2 CFR 200 resources also. We need recent, up-to-date news, procurement templates and guides, and training sessions all pertaining to the federal acquisition. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS The contractor is expected to provide accurate and timely acquisition news as they occur. The contractor is expected to provide other resources, such as templates, guidance, and training, that would assist the MCC contract specialists and contracting officers execute their contracts effectively and efficiently. The contractor should also provide similar service for federal assistance news and resources. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The government estimates a five-year contract with one base year plus four option year periods. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The place of performance will be held at the contractor’s home office location.
