Each position description (PD) will have an associated level that will guide the contractor in proposing a suitable labor category and candidate. MCC is specifically authorized by statute to award personal service contracts as defined by FAR 2.101 and 37.104 and as necessary to meet its mission. The nature of the work under this contract necessitates direct supervision of the contractor’s staff by Millennium Challenge Corporation supervisors.
