MCC will be releasing a solicitation for a full-time personal services contractor to support the Environmental Social Performance Division. The full solicitation will be issued on or before Tuesday November 15, 2022. Title: DCO Environment and Social Performance (ESP) Director Full-Time PSC Position Information: Full-Time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) One (1) one-year (2,087 hours per year), renewable for up to 4 option years at the sole discretion of the Government. System for Award Management: In accordance with FAR 4.1102 Policy. Offerors and Quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements unless you meet one of the exceptions. www.sam.gov. SAM registration must state ACTIVE not just obtaining a UEI number. This process may take a few weeks; therefore, it is imperative to start this process as soon as possible. *Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. Pay Band: 3A $128,000 - $192,700 ($61.33 - $92.33 per hour) https://www.mcc.gov/careers/pay-bands The PSC may receive a pay supplement of 15% of the employee’s direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits.
