This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and it incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, effective as of 10 August 2022. Announcement Number: 95332422Q0091 Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Senior Program Officer (SPO) OR Program Officer (PO), Department of Policy and Evaluation Position Information: Full-Time OR Intermittent, Personal Services Contractor (PSC) One year (2,087 hours per year for Full-Time or 1,664 hours per year for Intermittent), renewable for up to four (4) additional one-year option periods at the sole discretion of the Government. *Note: Position level – SPO or PO – and work schedule – Full-Time or Intermittent – to be proposed by each candidate via the Bio-Data Form.
