MCC requires an experienced contractor to provide international recruiting services for up to 20-30 professional personnel in each developing country - Lesotho II, Malawi II, Mozambique II and Sierra Leone compacts. This requirement is being procured on behalf of the Governments of Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique and Sierra Leone utilizing 609g grant funding which can only be used for an eligible country for the purpose of facilitating the development and implementation of a compact. MCC headquarters will manage the contract performance and accept deliverables. This work will be coordinated with MCC and each of the partner country governments, each of which will form an Accountable Entity (“MCA”), which is the legal entity that will employee the individuals hired during the recruitment processes. Quotes and deliverables will be the property of MCC and may be shared with the MCAs government officials and other stakeholders at MCC's discretion. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the tasks as defined in Section C of the Statement of Work.
