AMENDMENT 0002 POSTED 04/01/2022 The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to: Amend the FEDRAMP level of acceptance from HIGH to Moderate. No other changes, additions, deletions or extensions are made. Be sure to follow the guidance included in BLOCK 11 of each Amendment. END OF AMENDMENT 0002 ============================================================================= AMENDMENT 0001 POSTED 03/28/2022 The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to: Extend the closing date for this solicitation. The closing date for this solicitation is extended from 04/01/2022 at 12:00 PM EST to 04/15/2022 at 12:00 PM EST. Provide MCC answers to questions received. Amend SECTION C “Implementation Requirements” section on page 11 of the solicitation. Correct SECTION L. Section L is replaced in its entirety by the corrected SECTION L contained herein. As a result of this amendment, the closing date for this solicitation has been extended until 04/15/2022 at 12:00 PM EST; MCC answers have been provided to all questions received; the “Implementation Requirements” section of the Statement of Need on page 11 of the Solicitation has been updated and SECTION L is replaced in its entirety with the SECTION L contained herein. Ensure that you follow the directions in block 28 of the solicitation and include a signed copy of the first page of the solicitation and all amendments with your proposal. END OF AMENDMENT 0001 ============================================================================= Security Information Management System Support for Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Domestic and International Security (DIS) Program Security Information Management System Program. The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking to acquire a provider of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Security Information Management system. This product should be a cloud hosted commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) product that enables robust security case management functions to track personnel, asset tracking; customizable forms; customizable reports and allow users to collaborate by assigning security controls to modules. The Contractor shall provide a COTS product that will allow MCC DIS to implement capabilities around security management, visitor access management, and training for implementation within the scope of this contract or in the future. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of their proposed solution. They must possess the necessary expertise and resources to effectively implement the system with minimum custom development. The offeror must include proof of reseller authority in their proposal. The contractor shall provide any required software licenses, integration services, initial training for system administrators and end users, and ongoing operational support as needed. The contractor shall develop a system security plan that addresses control requirements in NIST 800-53 rev. 4. The proposed system shall also include full service, maintenance and support for the term of the contract.
