The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) requires a contractor to conduct political economy analysis in MCC eligible countries, specifically, Lesotho, Zambia, Belize and Sierra Leone in the first twelve months. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the tasks as defined in Section C of the Statement of Work.
