This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and it incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, effective as of 10 March 2021. Announcement Number: 95332421Q0057 Title: DCO Transportation and Vertical Structures (TVS) Senior Program Officer (SPO) Full-Time PSC Position Information: Full-Time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) One (1) one-year (2,087 hours per year), renewable for up to 4 years at the sole discretion of the Government. Pay Band: 4A $95,000 -$140,700 ($45.52 - $67.41 per hour) https://www.mcc.gov/careers/pay-bands The PSC may receive a pay supplement of 15% of the employee’s direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits.
