MCC seeks a Gender and Social Inclusion Advisor (Advisor) to advise the CDT, based in Jakarta, on GSI barriers, impacts, and opportunities associated with activities that are under development and implementation in Indonesia. The Advisor will assist the CDT’s efforts to integrate recommendations from MCC optimizing gender and social inclusion into the design and implementation of MCC funded programs specifically through the elaboration and use of women’s economic empowerment (WEE) and Social and Gender Integration Plan (SGIP) and integration of good global practices into research methods, analysis and design.
