MCC is seeking an expert who can provide political economy analysis as well as actionable guidance based on that analysis. Services will be required on an as-needed basis, for both ongoing technical support and written deliverables. The expert may receive assignments in any MCC partner country, with assignments anticipated in Sierra Leone, Lesotho, and Burkina Faso.
