AMENDMENT 0001 - Questions submitted for solicitation and MCC's answers. Be sure to follow the guidance and directions included in block 11 of the Amendment. ============================================================================================== MCC requires a personal services contractor (PSC) to provide end-to-end operation and management of the MCC's Enterprise Network Architecture. The Infrastructure Management Branch (IMB) also provides technical support for the entire MCC networked customer community to allow smooth, uninterrupted network operation, coordinates the infusion of new technology into the network operating environment, provides operational requirements to the Enterprise Applications and Enterprise Support Services Branches within the OCIO, and provides operational technical support to various MCC projects. The IMB performs day to day operational management of the MCC's local and wide area network infrastructure, operates the Network facilities and performs fault, configuration, and performance management for all aspects of the network and telecommunications architecture; and performs day to day operational management of the network, application servers, and office automation file servers. This includes file and print service, server-based application support, server operation troubleshooting and restoration, electronic messaging support, preventative maintenance, account administration, and backups, operation and maintenance of the enterprise systems management utilities that perform server and desktop configuration management, remote workstation operation, and software distribution. Two positions will be filled from this solicitation. Questions are due no later than 02/18/2021 by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
