The Energy Practice Group require a Contractor to provide ongoing technical support during the implementation of one or more sets of project activities in the energy sector as part of the MCC Compact with Kosovo. The technical support is to encompass that which would be required of an independent engineer (technical reviews, environmental reviews, construction monitoring, etc.) and advisor/consultant (technical assessments and opinions, legal and regulatory reviews, market development assessment and reviews, drafting, etc.).
