Amendment 0001 has been uploaded providing responses to questions received. MCC requires a contractor to assist in the oversight of infrastructure components of the Morocco Employability and Land Compact. MCC requires these services roughly during the final two years of the term of compact implementation and approximately one year after the end of the compact. To date, these services have been provided by Norda Stelo. The overall objective is to assist MCC oversee and independently evaluate the implementation of infrastructure components funded through the compact. The specific objectives of this consulting services contract are to assist MCC accomplish the following: Assess overall risks to MCC and MCA related to cost, scope, quality and schedule of infrastructure components; Assess the feasibility and suitability of engineering designs of various infrastructure components; Assess the quality of engineering design documents, including but not limited to drawings, specifications and cost estimates; Assess the performance of design firms and construction works contractors retained by MCA – Morocco; Assess the quality and progress “on site” of construction works and conformance with construction contract documents; Assess the degree/amount of completion of infrastructure components at the Compact End Date on June 30, 2022; and Evaluate the completion of infrastructure components by the Government of Morocco after Compact End Date on June 30, 2022.
