On or about October 2019 MCC posted a Request for Information seeking firms interested in this requirement. As a result, this solicitation is being released. The Gender and Social Inclusion (GSI) Division requires a pool of firms that can provide a range of gender and social inclusion due diligence support and oversight throughout MCC's program development and implementation processes across the sectors where MCC works to maximize sustainable poverty reduction across MCC partner countries. The Government intends to award multiple BPAs (no more than 5) on a best value basis to the Quoter(s) that is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government.
