The email should include "NLS20190191 Internet Connectivity for Content Delivery" in the subject line. The maximum size of files allowed to come through the Library's email system is 20MB. If needed, you may send more than one email and ensure they are clearly identified. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. All information received in response to this notice will not be returned.
