Please see the revised J&A for additional information on the product. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform vendors that the Library of Congress (Library) has a brand name requirement and intends to solicit and issue a sole source award to Springshare, L.L.C. for various subscription licenses. The items required include LibApps with LibAnswers; LibChat; Libstaffer; LibGuides/CMS and LibWizard; LibInsight and LibCAL subscriptions which are a cloud based application platform from Springshare LLC that provides various library related services that are utilized by the Library to interact with Library users globally. The Library's brand name justification and sole source of this requirement to Springshare is attached to this posting for review. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals.
