The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform vendors that the Library of Congress has an Operations and Maintenance Support requirement and intends to solicit and issue a sole source award to NIC Federal, LLC to provide oprations and maintenance support for the electronic filing management system website currently in use by the Copyright Royalty Board. The Library's sole source justification of this requirement to NIC Federal, LLC is attached to this posting for review. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals.
