The contractor shall upgrade the Library’s current CCMENTERPRISE Version 1.4 to the latest CCMENTERPRISE Version 4.0, which includes migration and configuration in the test, development and production environments. The contractor shall all assist the OCIO DBA Group to upgrade current CCMENTERPRISE Oracle Database from 11g to the latest LOC version 12.1.
