12/16/2020 Update: The Library wants to clarify that for Question #3 in the attached RFI Questions, the term "current lease" is referring to the new lease that would be awarded for this requirement. Service units would then have the option to purchase the leased equipment in the out years of the new contract. The question is not referring to any existing contract. The Library of Congress (Library) is issuing this request for information (RFI) for the Library's Print Services re-compete. The Library is conducting market research to identify potential vendors and potential contracting vehicles that may be used to procure print services. The Library also has specific questions listed in the attached RFI Questions document that the Library is looking for vendors to answer to assist with our requirements development. The Library is also interested in any feedback that vendors have regarding the draft statement of work (SOW) that is attached for review. Please submit your responses to the Contract Specialist, Julia Hanson – juhan@loc.gov and provide a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer, Andrew Bunk – abunk@loc.gov, by 12:00pm on December 21, 2020. Vendors may submit answers to the questions and/or feedback on the SOW in a word or PDF document. As part of your response, please provide information on your organization and any contracting vehicles your organization is currently listed on (Ex. NASA SEWP, NITAAC CIO-SP3, Etc...). The Library may not review responses that are excessive in length. Please note that this is not a solicitation. The Library is not interested in general marketing materials or fact sheets from vendors but rather answers to the attached questions and feedback on the statement of work. The Library also is not requesting proprietary information and may reject a vendor’s submission if such information is provided. Thank you for your interest in the work of the Library and we look forward to receiving your response.
