A new attachment is added called Questions and Answers - RFI NLS23PL0009.xlsx. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Library of Congress (LOC) National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) is conducting Market Research for software development contracts to provide continued support of BARD Mobile iOS, Android, Kindle FireOS platforms as well as prototyping and proof-of-concept work for the creation of new reading applications for different platforms. This is an RFI, not a solicitation for proposals and there is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment from the Government and any information provided in response to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation is not a promise for future business with the Government. Interested vendors are invited to provide information regarding their capabilities that may fulfill the requirements identified. These may include access to applications or screen recordings of applications. NLS anticipates and encourages questions and anticipates holding a vendor meeting for interested parties in the near future. See Attachments for additional information.
