Please see the attached document for the official amendment. - - - - - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.5. The Library of Congress (LOC) is seeking a contractor that shall administer all aspects of the LOC's comprehensive braille transcribing and proofreading training programs. This includes but not limited to, delivery and updating training content to eligible United States citizens and citizens residing abroad who satisfy the requirements previously established by NLS to participate in seven courses.
