This contract will provide support for the Library of Congress (LOC), the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) EXESS/PIMMS/READS Systems – Otherwise known as the integrated Operations Support system (XPRESS-IOSS). XPRESS-IOSS is primarily a collection of database driven web based applications that incorporates (5) major subsystems: Patron Information and Machine Management System (PIMMS) Web Based Reader Enrollment and Delivery System (Web-READS) Excess and redistribution program (XESS). Interlibrary Loan program (ILL-2). Network Library Database System (NLDB-2) The contractor shall perform: Managed Services, which includes Program Management, System hosting and Operations, IT security support, Customer and Technical Support Library support services including PIMMS, XESS, Weekly ship, Postal Returns, Network library support services, and Shipping and Messenger Services
