Respondents are requested to provide information regarding the feasibility of providing a stop gap player. NLS has identified two possible scenarios for meeting the need of a stop gap player as defined below. 1) A commercial product produced by the respondent and modified per the requirements below. 2) Manufacture of the DTBM by the respondent, as defined in the technical data package, with modifications as required to replace end of life components. Either scenarios may be addressed in the response. Respondents shall analyze the requirements provided in this RFI and the DTBM technical data package to answer the specific questions contained in this RFI.
