There are no other changes made. - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to procure services for the Library of Congress. Specifically, the selected Contractor shall design, code, test, and document a system for distributing the bibliographic (works and instances and items), authority, and other LC data in RDF formats and based in the BIBFRAME model. This is a public competition being issued under the authority of FAR 13 / 13.5. Please see the attached solicitation for more details.
