The Library of Congress requires contract support to obtain an annual comprehensive service agreement for the for the Agilent GCMS system currently in the laboratory, which was acquired in FY2021. This system consists of an 8890 gas chromatograph (SN US2117M023) and a 5977B Inert Plus EI mass spectrometer (SNUS2120A022). The annual service support contract should include all parts (except consumables), unlimited on-site repairs, and an annual on-site preventative maintenance visit during each contract period (base + each of 4 option years). The Library of Congress, Contract and Grants Directorate, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc located at 2850 Centerville Road Wilmington, Delaware 19808 to fulfill this requirement. The estimated period of performance is from 8/11/2022 - 8/10/2027. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached Draft Statement of Work. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: 1) Company name, DUNS number, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address 2) Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.) 3) References, including name, phone number, and e-mail address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities indicated in the statement and 4) Resumes for key personnel who would work on the contract for those individuals with knowledge and experience relevant to the requirement described in the draft Statement of Work. (Resumes are not counted as part of the 5-page limit for capability statements.)
