This is a sole-source requirement to Progressive Technology Federal Systems (PTFS) under FAR Parts 12 and 13 for a firm fixed price contract. The contract covers Bibliovation software licenses from LibLime, a PTFS division, for the FEDLINK customer Defense Intelligence Agency Library, plus maintenance and periodic onsite support of the Bibliovation Library Services Platform. PTFS will install Bibliovation software upgrades and patches and provide onsite technical support/training as needed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration. Information received will normally be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
