The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Gartner Electronic Resources. This is not a Request for Proposals and there is no solicitation available. The proposed purchase is for product or services for which the Library of Congress FEDLINK intends to award with only one source under the authority of the FAR 6.302-2. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12 month contract. The total estimated value is $26,000,000.00.
